Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner, acknowledging them according to company standards.
• Take drink and food orders accurately, explaining menu items, cocktails, and ingredients, and addressing any allergy or dietary concerns.
• Serve beverages promptly, mixing and garnishing drinks according to recipe and portion control standards.
• Check proper identification before serving alcohol, in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Manage payments by handling cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and keeping the bar area stocked with ice, mixers, and garnishes.
• Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Restock supplies and assist in setting up or breaking down the bar area.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including monitoring for signs of intoxication.
