Key Duties and Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner, acknowledging them according to company standards.Take drink and food orders accurately, explaining menu items, cocktails, and ingredients, and addressing any allergy or dietary concerns.Serve beverages promptly, mixing and garnishing drinks according to recipe and portion control standards.Check proper identification before serving alcohol, in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.Manage payments by handling cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.Maintain cleanliness by wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and keeping the bar area stocked with ice, mixers, and garnishes.Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests.Restock supplies and assist in setting up or breaking down the bar area.Follow health and safety regulations , including monitoring for signs of intoxication.Required Skills Strong customer service abilities Accurate order taking and cash handling Knowledge of cocktail recipes and menu items Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizationFriendly, outgoing personality Requirements Age : 18+ Physical ability : Able to stand for long periodsWork schedule : includes all nights, weekends, and holidays Certifications : require alcohol service training (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol)
