Compensation & Earning Potential

Earn $1,300–$1,600+ per week

Compensation includes:

• Base pay: $15–$24 per hour based on performance
• Average credit card tips: $475+ per week
• Average cash tips: $225+ per week
• Retail commission opportunities
• Performance incentives and bonus opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Maryland cosmetology and/or barber license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident performing men’s and boys’ haircuts on all hair types and textures
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Product knowledge and ability to recommend products based on client needs
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Coachable and open to ongoing growth and development
